At Street Sauce, we want every customer to love their order. If you're not satisfied, this Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days if:

  • They are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Tags are still attached

  • They are in original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited release or final-sale products

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Refunds take 5–7 business days to appear

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  • Contact us for approval

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Attach photos so we can process the issue quickly
