Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you'll receive:

  • A direct link to track your order in real time

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Street Sauce is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered”

  • Lost or stolen items after carrier confirmation

Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to the wrong address cannot be replaced or refunded.

6. International Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for:
